Leila is a harpist centered in Northern Westchester, NY. She has recently performed on the "From the Top" show which is broadcasted by National Public Radio.

 

Leila was the harpist of National Youth Orchestra of the United States (NYO2) in the summer of 2018 and 2019​. She also performed at Carnegie Hall and New World Symphony with the orchestra. ​Additionally, she played chamber group and improvisation music during the program.

Leila is the principal harpist of New York Youth Symphony (NYYS)​ and was previously the principal and concert harpist of Norwalk Youth Symphony (NYS), Norwalk, CT. Additionally, she was previously the harpist at Westchester Putnam Youth Orchestra. She has been accepted into the Boston University Tanglewood Institute (BUTI) Summer Music Camp and the Brevard Institute Summer Music Camp.

Leila regularly performs at Bethel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Croton, NY​ and has played with school chorus and orchestra​. She has performed solos at ceremony for Congressman Oliver Koppel​. She has also performed at Mildred Strang Middle School International Night event for two years​. Furthermore she has performed at Young Artists Classical Showcase at Croton Free Library for four years​.
